Legislation
In general, the relations between GALATEA and the Users of its telematic services, available on the website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
Both parties explicitly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and specifically submit to the Courts and Tribunals of San Sebastian to resolve any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or implementation of these terms of the contract.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
Per GDPR dated April 27, 2016, GALATEA informs the User of the existence of automated processing of personal data created by and for GALATEA and under its responsibility, to maintain and manage the relationship with the User, as well as information activities. At the time of acceptance of these general conditions, GALATEA will require the User to collect some essential data necessary for service delivery.
File and form registration
It is compulsory to fill in the registration form to access and benefit from certain services offered on the website. However, the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not foolproof.
Acceptance and consent
The user hereby declares that he or she has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and agreeing to the automated processing thereof by GALATEA, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy. Certain services provided on the Portal may contain specific conditions with special provisions concerning the protection of Personal Data.
